Raffle Rules & Regulations
- Eligibility
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and claim any firearm prize.
- Winners must not be prohibited by federal, state, or local law from owning or possessing a firearm.
- Tickets are non-transferable. Only the person named on the winning ticket may claim the prize.
- Firearm Transfer & FFL Compliance
- All firearm prizes will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), in accordance with all applicable laws.

- Right 2 Arm Firearms cannot release a winner’s firearm until America’s Freedom Lodge has contacted and verified the winner.
- State & Local Restrictions
- Winners are responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal in their state and locality.
- If a firearm prize is not permitted where the winner resides, the prize is forfeited with no substitution.
- Drawing & Multiple Winners
- The raffle ends at 8:00 AM EST on November 29, 2025.
- The drawing will be held live on Instagram (@raisethelodge) at a time to be determined.
- Multiple winners will be drawn — a participant may win more than one prize if multiple tickets are drawn under their name.

- 1st Prize: Henry Big Boy .45-70 (Steel/Walnut)
- 2nd Prize: Radical Firearms RF-15 5.56/.223 w/ Red Dot
- 3rd Prize: Sig P365 Fuse 9mm
- The first prize winner may choose any prize
- The second prize winner may choose any remaining prize
- Ticket Information
- All ticket sales support America’s Freedom Lodge.
- Each ticket purchased has an equal chance of being drawn.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Release of Liability
- By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to release and hold harmless America’s Freedom Lodge, Raise the Lodge, and all affiliates, officers, directors, and volunteers from any and all liability related to participation in the raffle or use of the prizes.
- Winners are responsible for all transfer fees, shipping (if applicable), and any federal, state, or local taxes or costs associated with claiming a prize.
- Final Authority
- America’s Freedom Lodge reserves the right to interpret these rules and make all final decisions regarding the raffle.
